Assumption Feast Day Sponsorship

The Solemnity of the Assumption is one of Assumption Grotto’s most beautiful and beloved celebrations, bringing together parishioners, families, and visitors for a day of worship, prayer, fellowship, and devotion to Our Blessed Mother. While the success of this festival depends upon the countless hours generously given by our clergy, staff, and volunteers, it also relies upon the financial support of parishioners and friends.

This year’s Sponsor Sheet provides opportunities to help underwrite many of the practical needs that make the celebration possible, including flowers, candles, seating, landscaping, Lourdes water, children’s activities, advertising, and other essential expenses. Whether sponsoring an entire item or contributing any amount toward a category, your gift helps ensure that the festival remains a worthy and welcoming celebration of this great Marian solemnity.

Please consider supporting this year’s Assumption Day festivities. Together, through prayer, volunteer service, and generous donations, we can continue the tradition of honoring Our Lady with the beauty, reverence, and hospitality that have long characterized Assumption Grotto.

You can make a donation below with your credit or debit card using our secure online service. If you prefer to give cash or write a check, you can print the sponsor sheet (right-click here and select “Save as…”) and either mail it to the address provided, or drop it in the parish collection. Sponsorship forms will also be available at the parish in the run-up to the festival, and also on the day itself.

Donations will be applied to the selected item or to defray festival costs in general. Monies raised above the need for a given category will be applied to other needed areas, and monies raised above the cost of the whole event will be used for general parish needs. Assumption Grotto is a 501(c)(3) organization and donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law.
